What People Are Saying

“I have the privilege of knowing Jimmie Lee since 2020 and he is a true innovator and visionary. He had the courage and vision to use products from early stage companies in a Fortune 100 organization. Moreover, Jimmie was always generous with his time and advice to innovative technology companies even though he controlled a sizable innovation budget with almost 100 people on his team.”

Bob Lam, CEO ShardSecure

“I had the pleasure of having Jimmie as a manager at Meta for ~3 years. Jimmie has a natural ability to motivate and inspire his team. He’s an incredibly supportive manager and visionary technical professional. He helped me develop my skills and knowledge to understand a highly complex space. During that time, I was consistently impressed by his leadership, dedication, and expertise. I’m grateful for my time working for him and hope our paths cross again!”

Hannah Getachew, Sr PM at Google

“Jimmie Lee is a visionary cybersecurity strategist and expert practitioner. His knowledge of cybersecurity is vast and deep; his ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions is genuinely inspiring. His experience, wisdom and strength of character make him a great partner.”

Mike Barlow, Award-Winning Author

“Jimmie is the kind of manager who doesn't really need a recommendation. He is, bar none, the best technical lead that I've ever worked with. He knows the technology solutions that will work for a given problem, and yet allows his staff to come to their own conclusions. He waits for staff to ask for help before jumping in. That has been rare in my experience -- usually the best technologists want to get personally involved in areas in which they are expert. That's not Jimmie. Jimmie knows when to "do" and when to "manage". He does not neglect the EQ either -- he supports everyone holistically and encourages us to develop personally and professionally. If you're a large organization or a technology firm, he would be a tremendous asset to your executive team because his leadership makes the staff work towards the same strategic direction.”

Tammy Roust, VP of Data Science

“I have had the pleasure of knowing Jimmie for over 5+ years as one of my mentors. Jimmie has vast engineering expertise and diverse technical knowledge. He has advised me throughout my career from navigating graduate school to my various entrepreneurial endeavors. When developing my former startup, Jimmie helped in numerous ways including discussions about software architecture, development tools, and strategies to optimize the business. Jimmie is an exceptional person to have on any team.”
